Rules of Our Surgery
We try not to have too many and they should be common sense! However…
We have lots of vulnerable people as well as women and children coming into Maple who are easily frightened and we also have neighbours who need to be respected.
We're helping you so please help us:
- Racist, homophobic or other discriminatory comments will not be tolerated – they are totally out of place in our surgery where we welcome people of all ethnic groups, different sexual orientations and disabled and vulnerable people as well as children. Everyone should feel respected.
- Do not swear - other patients may be offended.
- Don’t gather round the door or outside the flats next door
- Don’t drink alcohol in the building or outside in the street
- Please use the "tunnel" to the car park if you need to go out for a smoke
- Try to be patient but remind us if you’re getting upset waiting
Be straight with us and we’ll be straight with you. We want to help you.
