Maple Access Partnership advocates putting the patient at the centre of all activities. This means starting from where the patient is, not where the system thinks they should be, and responding to marginalisation and vulnerability and its implications for health with humane, imaginative and effective primary care.
Maple Access Partnership strives to advocate for patients who do not have a voice and tries to change the systems which reinforce their problems. To do this we need to manage risk in a positive way to give patients what they need and want.
Maple Access Partnership aims to provide an innovative practice that welcomes and encourages diversity among patients and staff.
Maple Access Partnership seeks to avoid complacency, being open to new ideas and developing a learning environment while recognising the need to run an organisation which is structured but is "messy round the edges" to be able to respond to individual need and differences.
