Ordering Repeat Medication

To order your repeat medications please bring the counterfoil side of your prescription and tick which medications you need. You can place your repeat requests in the letterbox in reception.

You can also write down which medications you need on some paper, but please ensure you give your date of birth and full name to ensure we can locate your records.

Alternatively you can call reception after 2.00pm on 01604 250969 to order repeat medications. Please ensure you have the details of any medication you require.
