About Us
We are the only practice in Northampton that is specifically commissioned to help the most vulnerable and socially excluded who often have difficulty accessing primary care services.
Practices like ours look after a wide variety of patients who may find it difficult to access standard GP surgeries for a variety of reasons. We aim to make registration easier (though we have to keep to NHS rules) and we are strong on promoting equality and diversity.
