Maple Access Partnership (MAP) is situated in the centre of Northampton and was formed as a PMS+ (Personal Medical Services plus) practice in 2001. 

The practice registers anyone eligible for NHS care in Northampton. In addition to providing standard NHS services the practice also has the additional skills required to manage patients with substance misuse issues and mental health problems.

Our aim is to treat patients within the Northampton borough with quality, easy and convenient access to healthcare when they need it. We are committed to the provision of high quality patient care, through delivering an accessible, considerate and responsive service to our patient population.
